Mildred F. Ferrell Ostrye, 86, of Martinsburg, W.Va., died Monday, June 8, 2009, at her home while under the care of Hospice of the Panhandle. A memorial service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, Martinsburg. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Home.
