An informational meeting about a new federal loan program for small-business owners will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday at Hagerstown City Hall.
The America's Recovery Capital Loan Program offers no-interest, deferred-payment loans to help small businesses that have a history of good performance, but are struggling to make debt payments as a result of the tough economy, according to a City of Hagerstown press release.
Lenders and business owners are invited to attend.
