The Hagerstown Suns beat Lake County 3-1 on Saturday night at Municipal Stadium for a doubleheader split with Captains.
Lake County began the day with a 5-1 victory in the completion of Wednesday's game, which suspended due to rain in the bottom of the fourth inning. The scored was tied at 1.
In the seven-inning nightcap, the Suns scored two runs in the fourth to take a 2-1 lead.
Steven Souza reached second on a throwing error by pitcher T.J. House (1-6) and scored on a single by Charlie Fermaint to tie the game at 1. Sandy Leon followed with an RBI double to left.
Hagerstown added an insurance run in the fifth on back-to-back doubles by Steve Lombardozzi and Derek Norris.
Lombardozzi had two of the Suns' five hits.
Marcos Frias (4-1) pitched the final three innings for the win, allowing no runs and a hit, while striking out four.
