Community event planned in Falling Waters
A community event will be held Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Little Falls Presbyterian Church, 6788 Williamsport Pike, Falling Waters, W.Va.
The event will feature a yard sale, bluegrass music, bake sale, blood pressure checkups and Angel Food Ministries ordering.
Children can enjoy a moon bounce, "balloon man," face painting, crafts, and firetruck and ambulance displays. Food and drinks will be available.

Nave family reunion
The Nave family is planning a reunion Sunday at Byron Memorial Park. The reunion begins at 1 p.m. at Pavilion 3 behind the swimming pool. Any family members are asked to attend.
Ceremony planned at Riverview Cemetery
Maryland Society of the Sons of the American Revolution will hold a grave-marking ceremony Sunday at 3 p.m. for Pvt. Christian Ardinger, 1745-1807.
It will be held at Riverview Cemetery.
Free band concert to be held June 10
Calvary Temple Youth invite everyone to a free band concert Wednesday, June 10, from 6 to 8:30 p.m.
The concert will be held in the Byron Memorial Park band shell. Free food and door prizes are planned.
LuHowl to benefit Humane Society
The fifth annual LuHowl will be held Saturday, June 13.
The Hawaiian-themed fundraiser will be held at the home of Don and Jone Bowman, and will benefit the Humane Society of Washington County's spay and neuter programs.
The event will feature a catered meal, beverages, silent auction, raffle and music.
Many county businesses are sponsoring the gala and prizes.

Vacation Bible School planned this month
Vacation Bible School is planned for June 22 to 26, from 6 to 8:15 p.m., at Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church, 35 W. Potomac St.
The program theme is "Studio Go! Game Show." Preschoolers through high school youth are invited to register.

Golf tournament to benefit Boosters Club
The Williamsport High School Athletic Boosters Club will hold its annual golf tournament Monday, June 15, at Black Rock Golf Course, beginning at 1 p.m.
