Golf tournament to benefit South High

The South Hagerstown High School Alumni Association and the Sports Boosters Club will co-sponsor a golf tournament Thursday, June 11, at Beaver Creek Country Club.

The proceeds will benefit the athletic programs at the school, fund scholarships, provide uniforms and a mentoring program at the school.

The golf tournament will start at 8:30 a.m. with a shotgun start. It will be a best-ball format.

If you can't play in the tournament, you can make a donation. For a $10 donation, your name will be placed in the program and you will have helped a student receive a scholarship.

Entry forms are available in the main office at South High, in the pro shop at Beaver Creek Country Club and online at www.shhsrebelalumni/org.

Registration

Washington County Public Schools will hold registration for prekindergarten and kindergarten classes for the 2009-10 school year Monday, June 15. Contact your local school for hours and locations.
