John Francis Boylan Jr., 67, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Friday, April 24, 2009, at his home. Visitation will be Monday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at St. James Catholic Church, Charles Town, W.Va. A memorial service will be Monday at 11:30 a.m. at the church. Burial will be private. Arrangements are by Melvin T. Strider Colonial Funeral Home, Charles Town.
