FREDERICK, Md. (AP) -- So far, the 2010 race for Maryland's 6th District congressional seat looks like a rematch of the 2006 contest.
Incumbent Republican Roscoe Bartlett said Monday he will seek a 10th term representing western Maryland and parts of Carroll, Harford, Montgomery and Baltimore counties.
An aide to Democrat Andrew Duck said Duck planned to announce Monday evening in Frederick that he will make a third run for Bartlett's seat.
Duck, an Army intelligence expert from Frederick County, got 38 percent of the vote in his 2006 showdown with Bartlett.
In 2008, Duck lost the Democratic primary to former Frederick Mayor Jennifer Dougherty.
