SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Shepherd University announced this week that it is offering in-state tuition to Maryland residents for 10 specific degree programs through an agreement with the Maryland Higher Education Commission.
According to a news release, for Maryland residents who qualify, the 10 degree programs offered at Shepherd's in-state tuition rates are:
o Bachelor in fine arts degree in art with a concentration in photography and computer imagery
o Bachelor's degree in computer and information sciences with a concentration in networking and security
o Bachelor's degree in computer and information technology with a concentration in Web programming and design
o Bachelor's degree in environmental studies with a concentration in aquatic science
o Bachelor's degree in environmental studies with a concentration in environmental engineering
o Bachelor's degree in environmental studies with a concentration in environmental sustainability
o Bachelor's degree in environmental studies with a concentration in historic preservation
o Bachelor's degree in history with a concentration in Civil War and 19th-century America
