St. John's Episcopal Church, the Rev. Stephanie Yancy will lead Sunday's 8 a.m. communion service. The Rev. David Robinson leads the 10:15 a.m. communion services marking the occasion of his 40th anniversary of ordination. The parish choir will sing at the later service. Sunday School at 9 a.m. includes an adult forum on Wade in the Water, a theological look at Baptism.
