o Due to a reporter's error, the name of a business was incorrect in a story about a Community Free Clinic fundraiser on page A1 of Wednesday's and Thursday's Herald-Mail. Timothy Gordon is owner and majority shareholder of Our Three Sons LLC. Kenneth and Craig Taylor of Smithsburg are the owners of Three Sons LLC.

o Due to an editor's error, a headline on page A1 of Thursday's Herald-Mail was incorrect. Sen. Donald F. Munson, R-Washington, described the budget passed this year by the Maryland General Assembly as "lean, but not mean."

o A story about Burhans Station restaurant in Hagerstown on page A3 of Thursday's Herald-Mail failed to mention the business would close temporarily in September only if the owner received permission from Washington County's liquor board to transfer the liquor license to a building on Wesel Boulevard.

The Herald-Mail apologizes for the omission.

o Due to a reporter's error, the dates of the National Pike Festival were incorrect in a schedule on page B1 of Thursday's Herald-Mail. The National Pike Festival is today through Sunday, May 17.
