GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Virginia Lee Hull, 85, of Greencastle, Pa., went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, April 29, 2009, at her home surrounded by her family.
Born Aug. 15, 1923, in Hagerstown, Md., she was the daughter of the late William McPherson Miller Sr. and Bertha May Whetstone Miller.
She was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Clear Spring, Md.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Prather E. Hall Sr., whom she married Aug. 15, 1943. She also is survived by three daughters, Barbara J. Suder of Mercersburg, Pa., and Arlene K. Shank and Joann E. Grove, both of Greencastle; one son, Prather E. Hull Jr. of Greencastle; two sisters, Betty J. O'Hare of Ault, Colo., and Peggy M. Eichelberger of Greencastle; one brother, William M. Miller Jr. of Plainwell, Mich.; eight grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren.
