James Edward Taylor

James Edward Taylor, of Kearneysville, W.Va., died Friday, April 24, 2009, at Winchester (Va.) Medical Center. Visitation will be Tuesday from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Fellowship Bible Church. The service will follow the visitation. Arrangements are by Eackles-Spencer and Norton Funeral Home, Harpers Ferry, W.Va.
