Tech High recognizes Willingham, Weese

The following students were named Students of the Month at Washington County Technical High School:

Ashley Willingham: Early Childhood Professions

Ashley is enrolled in early childhood professions, honors English 11, honors physics, honors world history and psychology.

Ashley is a class representative for SkillsUSA/Student Government. Ashley placed at the Maryland SkillsUSA competition for preschool teaching. Ashley plays varsity basketball and soccer at Williamsport High School.

Ashley plans to attend Hagerstown Community College for two years, then transfer to Shepherd University or McDaniel College to major in elementary education and physical education. Ashley would like to thank her family, friends and teachers for all of their support.

Justin Weese: Pre-Engineering (Project Lead the Way)

Justin is enrolled in pre-engineering, advanced-placement English language, advanced-placement calculus, honors world history and honors physics.

Justin enjoys drawing at home, designing with creative building materials and listening to rock music.

Justin loves to experiment with AutoCad and attend his church youth group.

Justin plans to attend Hagerstown Community College and possibly Penn State University after graduation to major in engineering.

Justin would like to thank his family, friends and teachers for their support.
