Gaming party to be held Saturday



Hagerstown Community College will host a LAN gaming party Saturday from 1 to 9 p.m. at the HCC Valley Mall Center.

Featuring a high-speed Local Area Network (LAN) and head-to-head competition, the eight-hour marathon will provide an opportunity for gamers to meet other players and share competition, as well as strategy.

The fee to participate is $10 for advance registration and $15 the day of the event.

Spring choral concert to be performed April 23



The Hagerstown Community College Chorus will perform Thursday, April 23, at 7 p.m., in HCC's Kepler Theater.

Under the direction of Curtis Shetler, the HCC chorus will perform a variety of choral pieces, including modern and traditional choral works with an emphasis on madrigals with a spring-oriented theme. Admission is free and the public is invited to attend.
