Welty-Olszeski
Mr. and Mrs. Larry Welty of Fairplay announce the engagement of their daughter, Tammy Marie Welty, to Jason John Olszeski, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Olszeski of Hagerstown.
Ms. Welty is a 1996 graduate of Williamsport High School and received a degree in business administration from Pennsylvania State University. She plans to pursue a degree in elementary education from Frostburg State University in the fall. She is employed with AAA Mid-Atlantic Inc., in Hagerstown.
Mr. Olszeski is a 1995 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and received a degree in business administration from Frostburg State University. He is co-owner of JT Painting in Hagerstown.
An October 2009 wedding is planned.
Beard-Frey
Raena Elizabeth Beard and Kevin James Frey of Boonsboro announce their engagement.
Ms. Beard is the daughter of Regina and Conrad E. Beard II of Hagerstown. She is a 2004 graduate of Grace Academy in Hagerstown and received veterinarian assistant training in 2006 at Hagerstown Community College. She is employed as a pet sitter for Heather's Helpers Pet Sitting Service in Martinsburg, W.Va.
