Each year, Cub Scouts in area packs participate in Pinewood Derby races. The Cub Scouts and an adult partner plan, design and construct a race car from a block of wood. At a pack meeting or activity day, Cub Scouts race their cars with other pack members and the top five finishers go on to the District Pinewood Derby.
