The Maugansville Ruritan Club will host an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast at its building on Maugans Avenue Saturday from 6:30 to 11 a.m.

The breakfast includes pancakes, Hoffman sausage, scrambled eggs, sausage gravy, coffee, tea and orange juice. Tickets cost $5.50 for adults and $3 for those ages 6 to 12. Those younger than 6 will be admitted free. Proceeds from the event help support the many programs the club sponsors.

Cinderell'a Closet

Members of the Student Government at Washington County Technical High are holding a Cinderella's Closet fundraiser for the Humane Society of Washington County. The event, which is open to the public, will take place today from 3 to 6 p.m. at the school on Oak Ridge Drive in Hagerstown.

The premise of Cinderella's Closet is to provide formal dresses for students to purchase at reduced prices. None of the dresses will be sold for more than $50.

Marjorie Kellman, Skills USA/SGA lead adviser, is overseeing the fundraiser. The dresses will be on sale to the general public and all are invited to attend.
