WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Wallace G. "Glen" Moser, 78, of 4653 Washington Meadows Lane and formerly of 217 Connellsville St., Uniontown, Pa., died Monday, March 23, 2009, at his home.

Born March 19, 1931, in Uniontown, he was the son of the late Wallace G. and Violet E. Tate Moser.

He was a 1949 graduate of Uniontown High School.

He was a dental lab technician for Abel Dental Lab in Uniontown, retiring in 1994. He was a dental lab technician for more than 45 years.

He was a member of Great Bethel Baptist Church in Uniontown.

He was the recipient of the Eagle Scout Award and served as an assistant Scout Master for Troop 601 in Uniontown.


He and his wife were avid roller skaters, teaching many people how to skate.

He is survived by his wife, Dolores D. Deustsch Moser, whom he married Sept. 26, 1959; nieces; and nephews.

He was preceded in death by one sister, Alice Carson; and one brother, the Rev. William C. Moser.

Services will be Friday at 1 p.m. at Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, Pa. Bishop Matthew Hurley will officiate.

The family will receive friends Friday from 9 to 9:30 a.m. at Grove-Bowersox Funeral Home, Waynesboro.
