Kilgore, of Kilgore Computer Services in Hagerstown, has more than 10 years of experience and assists local residents and businesses with technology needs.
Grunberg, of Enhanced Printing & Promotions, is an account representative who serves Hagerstown, Frederick, Md., and Chambersburg, Greencastle and Waynesboro in Pennsylvania. She has worked for Enhanced Printing & Promotions for 10 years.

City Hospital
MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Dr. James Paskert has been named vice president of medical affairs at City Hospital.
Paskert is a board-certified plastic surgeon who has been in private practice in Baltimore for the past 20 years.
As vice president of medical affairs, Paskert will serve as the chief liaison to the medical staff, working closely with the medical staff leadership. He also will serve as a member of the WVUH-East executive leadership team.
He earned his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and completed his residency in general surgery at Harvard Surgical Service, New England Deaconess Hospital in Boston.
He completed a research fellowship in microvascular surgery at Johns Hopkins Department of Orthopedic Surgery and a plastic surgery residency at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore.
