CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Professional cosmetologists are needed to join the American Cancer Society for the "Look Good ... Feel Better" program.

The next training class for licensed beauty professionals will be Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at The Hennessey House in Chambersburg.

The class will train volunteers to teach beauty and skin-care techniques, as well as offer tips for disguising hair loss for women who are undergoing cancer treatment, according to a news release.

Register by Friday by calling Connie Woodruff at the American Cancer Society at 717-264-6266.

"Look Good ... Feel Better" is a free, nonmedical, product-neutral program offered through a partnership of the American Cancer Society; the Cosmetic, Toiletry and Fragrance Association Foundation; and the National Cosmetology Association.
