About 200 people attended last year's Chocolate Extravaganza in the Susquehanna Bank lobby. Moving the event to the Elks Club means Main Street Waynesboro Inc. can now offer 300 tickets, which cost $25 each.
"A woman came in on Friday and ordered seven," Dreisbach said.
Tickets can be purchased at any Main Street business with a Chocolate Extravaganza poster in its front window.
Sweets vendors include Zoe's Chocolate, TranquiliTEA, The Lodge at Blue Ridge Summit, 1912 Hoover House, Candy Kitchen, Adventures in Coffee, Burgundy Lane Bed & Breakfast, Kimmie's Kreations & Johnny's Java, Crystal's Cakes & Confections and Elks Club.
Fruit and cheese trays will be offered. Door prizes will be distributed during the evening, and guests will receive complimentary glasses for their champagne.
"We're going to have prom photos," Dreisbach said, explaining pictures will be taken by Memories by Elizabeth.
Helen Shelley plans to display her antique chocolate molds. The Waynesboro Area Senior High School jazz ensemble will play.
All proceeds benefit Main Street Waynesboro Inc.
