Playwright to answer questions after plays

BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Playwright Don Fidler will be answering questions after the Saturday night and Sunday afternoon performances of his play at the Ice House.

The final weekend of Fidler's "Voices in the Woods" features four performances at the Ice House: Thursday at 7 p.m.; Friday and Saturday at 7:30 p.m.; and Sunday at 3 p.m.

"Nothing is more gratifying for a writer than watching people respond to their work and hearing how the experience touched them," Fidler said in a news release.

Fidler drew on observations of people in North Carolina and West Virginia for his play, which was initially created as a single scene for a friend to perform in Morgantown, W.Va.

He has been involved in theater as an actor, playwright and composer since the age of 10.

To make reservations, call the theater at 304-258-2300, option 2, or visit
