CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- A Chambersburg man waived his right to an arraignment and pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of sexually assaulting a young girl between 1998 and 2006.
Anthony Glen Wright, 47, of 2982 Constellation Drive in Chambersburg, was charged in late 2008 with allegedly sexually assaulting a girl who was under the age of 13 when the alleged assaults began, according to the affidavit of probable cause filed by the Pennsylvania State Police.
Police alleged the assaults occurred multiple times during an eight-year period.
Wright was released on bail in January with conditions to not contact the victim.
Defense Attorney Eric Weisbrod said Wright is scheduled to appear again in court April 20.
