'Ask the Registered Dietitian'



BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - War Memorial Hospital Center for Rehab & Wellness will offer the free program "Ask the Registered Dietitian" from 4 to 6 p.m. today, at 261 Berkmore Place, Suite 2A, Berkeley Springs. Registered dietitian Sara Kuykendall will be available to answer your nutrition questions. Participants will receive a coupon for 50 percent off the Center's initial fitness assessment fee. DAV officer at VA Clinic



A Disabled American Veteran (DAV) service officer will be at the Hagerstown Veterans Affairs Clinic on Eastern Boulevard from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on the third Thursday of every month beginning March 19. The officer will prepare claims and provide information to veterans, their spouse or families. The DAV provides this free service to all veterans. Bring a copy of your military discharge, DD 214 or other service record, VA claim number if one was issued and any correspondence or rating decision information.

Running clinic



MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Dr. Mark Cucuzzella, physician at Harpers Ferry Family Medicine and associate professor with WVU School of Medicine, will conduct a running clinic at The Wellness Center at City Hospital. This is a clinic for runners of all ages and abilities. Cucuzzella is a National Level Masters Marathon Runner,

The clinic will be at The Wellness Center at City Hospital from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, March 19. A repeat session will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, April 16. Come dressed to run.
