Washington County Hospital

Kelly Corbi has been named vice president of human resources for Washington County Hospital, where she will oversee the human resources department, the Jack and Anna Hershey Education Center and the volunteer services department.

Corbi has more than 14 years of human resources experience, most recently with UnitedHealth Group, where she was senior director of recruitment services.

She received her bachelor's degree from Penn State University and her master's degree from Mount St. Mary's University.

Plamondon Enterprises Inc.

FREDERICK, Md. -- Jeff Mulliken, who began his career with Roy Rogers in 1971, has joined Plamondon Enterprises Inc. as director of procurement.

Plamondon Enterprises operates 18 Roy Rogers restaurants in Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia.

Mulliken managed a number of restaurants before joining the corporate offices of Marriott. He also has worked for Hyatt Hotels and as an independent consultant.

Orrstown Financial Services

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- Thomas R. Quinn Jr. has been named president and chief executive officer of Orrstown Financial Services Inc. and its subsidiary, Orrstown Bank, effective May 5.

Quinn, who has 16 years of banking experience, most recently was president and CEO of Fifth Third Bank's affiliate in Naples, Fla. He also worked for Citigroup, where he was responsibie for commercial and retail banking, including the investment and insurance business units.

Quinn is a graduate of Edinboro (Pa.) University.

Penn State Mont Alto

MONT ALTO, Pa. -- Kristie Fry has been named director of public relations and marketing at Penn State Mont Alto, where she will serve as campus spokesperson and media liaison, and oversee the production of campus publications and Web communications.

Fry, who managed her own public relations firm the past five years, has worked as a marketing and public relations officer for the Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association and for a division of Random House publishing.

Fry graduated in 1994 from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo with a bachelor's degree in journalism and public relations.

Keystone Behavioral Health

CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. -- Licens-ed social worker Jeffrey Hand, who specializes in working with children and adolescents, has joined Keystone Behavioral Health.

Hand earned his bachelor's degree from Susquehanna University in Selinsgrove, Pa., and his master's degree from Temple University-Harrisburg in Harrisburg, Pa.
