Watercolor workshop - Moving On!

MARTINSBURG, W.Va. -This class will focus on the newer and more unusual techniques that are available to the watercolor artist. These skills will be added to the basic skills. Bring in 4-inch-by-5-inch or 5-inch-by-7-inch photographs of several large seashells or flowers, sicissors and all other watercolor supplies.
