HEDGESVILLE, W.Va. - Debra F. Snyder, 54, of Hedgesville, died March 3, 2009, at City Hospital.
Born Dec. 1, 1954, she was the daughter of the Wilma Carper Fouch of Martinsburg and the late Hugh Harding Fouch.
She was a 1973 graduate of Martinsburg High School.
For the past nine years, she was employed by Eastridge Health Systems as a behavioral health technician at the Grove Center.
She was a member of the Church of Christ.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 26 years, William "Doug" Snyder; one son, Justin H. Snyder, currently stationed in Iraq; one stepdaughter, Rachel Chaney of Seattle; one stepson, Andrew Snyder of Bangkok, Thailand; one sister, Melinda G. Staley; one brother, Mark D. Fouch; aunts; uncles; nieces; nephews; and cousins.
