Officials at Hagerstown Community College and Frostburg State University recently met to discuss and develop a dual admissions agreement between the two schools. The agreement is designed to make it easier for students who start at HCC to transfer their academic credits to FSU to complete bachelor's degrees.
"We've long enjoyed a very positive relationship with Frostburg State University," HCC President Guy Altieri said. "I'm excited that this new agreement will make student transfer to FSU even smoother and more complete than in the past."
"I'm gratified that Frostburg State University is continuing to build closer ties with Hagerstown Community College," FSU President Jonathan Gibralter said. "By making a student's transition between our institutions as seamless as possible, we are enhancing Western Maryland's educational opportunities in multiple ways."
