SHARPSBURG - Charles T. Wilson, 68, of Sharpsburg, died Saturday, Feb. 28, 2009, at Washington County Hospital after a brief battle with cancer.
Born Feb. 21, 1941, in Honolulu, he was the son of the late Percy and Nellie Wilson.
He retired as a locksmith with the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda, Md.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy Fleet Marines, having served in Vietnam.
He was a Christian.
He was a member of Antietam Post 236 American Legion, Sharpsburg, and Sharpsburg Lions Club.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Judith Wilson; one son, Chris Wilson of Sharpsburg; one grandson, Avery Wilson of Sharpsburg; three nieces; and one nephew.
