Where - The dog was rescued from a rock in Antietam Creek near the Horseshoe Bend development off Mills Road.
When - The dog was found Saturday.
Description - The female dog appears to be a bluetick hound dog. It has brown and black coloring as well as spotted-white markings. It appears to be about a year old. It is described as friendly. It was not wearing a collar.
