Berlin 51, No. 3 Southern Fulton 40

BEDFORD, Pa. -- Chelsey Hollenshead had 11 points and 10 rebounds for Southern Fulton, but the Indians lost to defending district champion Berlin in the PIAA District 5 Class A semifinals at Bedford.

Lacey Beatty scored 14 points and Brooke Whiteside added 10 points for the Indians (21-3).

Jackie Kimmel led all scorers with 22 points for Berlin (17-7).

Southern Fulton will play in the district third-place game on Tuesday, needing a victory to advance to the state tournament.

Andrea Baum had 18 points, nine rebounds and four steals for Clear Spring (2-19) while Hannah House grabbed 13 rebounds.

SHENANDOAH JUNCTION, W.Va. -- Isaac Thornton led Martinsburg with a game-high 18 points and also had six rebounds and five assists as the Bulldogs ran away with a win on Jefferson's court to remain undefeated in the Potomac Valley Conference.

Tevin Walker had 12 points and nine rebounds, Michael Cole added 11 points and seven rebounds and Lance Washington scored 11 points for Martinsburg (19-2, 8-0). Cameron Cato tallied 10 points and Kirk Hairston had 10 boards in the victory.

Garrett Grantham had 14 points and Nick Zbikowski added 10 points for Jefferson (11-8, 2-5).
