WOLFSVILLE, Md. - Paul Irving Morgan, 87, of Martin Road, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2009, at his home.
Born Dec. 6, 1921, in Wolfsville, he was the son of the late Ralph Emerson and Flora Brandenburg Morgan.
He was a lifelong member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church in Wolfsville.
He worked for his father on the family farm and was employed by Fairchild, Morgan-Keller and Callas Contractors.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Vera Kline Morgan. They were married Aug. 7, 1943. He also is survived by two daughters, Judy Floretta Routzahn and husband, Harold, and Cindy Sue Morgan; daughter-in-law, Ann Morgan; seven grandchildren, Shelly Tribett and husband, Charles, Kimberly Tribett and husband, Dennis, Jeffrey Morgan and wife, Lisa, Gretchen Keary and husband, Chris, Chad Routzahn and wife, Julie, Wesley Routzahn and wife, Vanessa, and Shannon Cameron and husband, Sean; 12 great-grandchildren, Brittany Tribett, Wyatt Tribett, Dalton Tribett, Cole Tribett, Kendall Tribett, Blake Tribett, Katelyn Morgan, Will Morgan, Maddie Keary, Lane Routzahn, Keller Routzahn and Audrey Routzahn; two sisters, Ruth Michael and husband, Grayson, and Eva Wastler and husband, Charles; and many nieces and nephews.
