FREDERICK, Md. - Brenda Main of Frederick has been named marketing director for the Frederick County Agricultural Society Inc./The Great Frederick Fair Inc.

Main, a Frederick native with marketing experience in the banking and newspaper industries, will be responsible for marketing and promotion, sponsorship acquisition and event development.

Hospice of Washington County



Dr. Cynthia Kuttner-Sands of Hagerstown has been recertified through the American Medical Directors Association as a certified medical director in long-term care.

She is one of 2,500 physicians nationwide to receive the designation. The program recognizes the dual clinical and management roles of the medical director and requires indicators of competence in both areas.

Kuttner-Sands is associate medical director of Hospice of Washington County and associate medical director for Homewood at Williamsport. She also chairs the department of internal medicine at Washington County Hospital.

Roxbury Correctional Institution



Carol Lynn Jones has been named Employee of the Month for February at Roxbury Correctional Institution.

Jones, who is performing temporary duties as a social worker, was recognized for her teamwork and contributions to inmate group programs.

She is responsible for release planning and implemented a new group program called Inside/Out Dads.

Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA



WAYNESBORO, Pa. - Karen Stewart and Joan Sidoli have joined the Waynesboro office of Jack Gaughen Realtor ERA.

Both women are licensed to list and sell all types of real estate in both Pennsylvania and Maryland. They are members of MRIS (Metropolitan Regional Information System), RAYAC (Realtors Association of York and Adams Counties) and NAR (National Association of Realtors).

Stewart is an accredited home staging specialist who worked as an optician for 30 years before becoming a Realtor.

Sidoli has experience in customer service and sales.

Hagerstown-Washington County EDC



Robin L. Ferree, deputy director of the Hagerstown-Washington County Economic Development Commission, graduated in December from a program at the University of Oklahoma Economic Development Institute.

The program provides professional economic developers with the knowledge and tools needed to succeed in today's constantly changing economic development marketplace.

The program included 117 hours of coursework related to business retention and expansion, real estate and finance. Ferree completed elective courses in economic development marketing and strategic planning.

Rhodes Grove Camp and Conference Center



CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. - Angela Monn has been named interim executive director of Rhodes Grove Camp and Conference Center.

Monn, who has worked for Rhodes Grove since 2006, has a background in accounting, operations and ministry management.

Rhodes Grove is a nonprofit, Christian retreat center south of Chambersburg.

Triad Engineering Inc.



Nick Wolfe, a project geologist in Triad Engineering's Hagerstown office, recently passed his Association of State Boards of Geology exam and is a certified professional geologist in Pennsylvania.

Wolfe has experience in environmental risk assessment, soil and groundwater assessment, regulatory compliance and hydrogeology. He has been involved with projects for municipal water supplies, public schools, retail petroleum fueling stations, large petrochemical bulk plants and terminals, limestone quarries and coal mines.

He earned his bachelor's degree from Juniata College in 2003 and joined Triad Engineering in May 2005.

Woman and Child PC



MARTINSBURG, W.Va. - Drs. Derek D. and Shana R. Kaznoski recently announced the opening of their practice, Woman and Child PC, at 1004 Tavern Road in Martinsburg.

Derek Kaznoski, a board-certified gynecologist, is a graduate of the WVU School of Medicine who completed his residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Ga.

He is a member of the medical staffs at City Hospital in Martinsburg and Jefferson Memorial Hospital in Ranson, W.Va.

Shana Kaznoski, a board-certified pediatrician, is a graduate of the West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine who completed her residency in pediatrics at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, Ohio.

She is on the courtesy medical staff at City Hospital.

Before moving to Martinsburg, the husband and wife operated Woman and Child Health PC in Arizona. They are natives of Fairmont, W.Va.

Maryland Correctional Training Center



Gary Keefer, a correctional officer at Maryland Correctional Training Center, has been named Employee of the Month for February.

Keefer, who has worked at MCTC since November 2005, was recognized for working more than one post, often on the same night, and for teaching new officers how to handle different situations that arise in a unit.

Cornerstone Wealth Management Group



Debbie Frey has been named a client service associate at Cornerstone Wealth Management Group in Hagerstown, where she will process client documents for all operational procedures and maintain a client database.

She previously worked for a financial services firm in Johnstown, Pa., where her daily activities included processing stocks and bonds for redemption, and providing stock quotes to clients.
