McDonald's, 1737 Dual Highway, Hagerstown - wiping cloth must be stored in adequate sanitizer (corrected); ice scoop improperly stored (corrected); nozzle on soda dispenser must be cleaned; missing vent cover must be replaced; single-serve items stored improperly; condensation on freezer ceiling must be removed; paper towels and soap needed at hand sink; mold must be removed from wall behind three-compartment sink.
