Hagerstown Community College's Center for Continuing Education is offering "Principles and Practices of Real Estate for Maryland" on Tuesdays and Thursdays through April 16, from 6 to 9 p.m., in the Career Programs Building.
This course meets the requirements of the Maryland Real Estate Commission to take and pass the Maryland Real Estate licensing examination.
Students must attend 60 hours of class time and receive a 70 percent or better on the final in order to receive a certificate, which allows them to take the Maryland state examination.
