St. Mark's Episcopal Church, 18313 Lappans Road, Boonsboro, the first session of a course called Alpha, featuring a free dinner-and-movie format, is Tuesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Alpha is an opportunity for non-churchgoers and churchgoers alike to enjoy a dinner together and see a video that presents historical and philosophical information about Christianity.
