SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Katie Warehime had 14 points and seven rebounds to lead Shepherd, which broke out of a halftime tie to outscore WVIAC opponent Fairmont State (9-8, 6-4), 41-23 in the second half.

Krissy Grosselin scored 14 points, Colleen Shumaker and Katie Biggs each added 12 and Jerica Hewett had seven rebounds for the Rams (9-10, 6-6).

SHEPHERDSTOWN, W.Va. -- Jonathan Motichka scored 24 points while Liki Turner had 15 with nine rebounds for Shepherd (8-10, 7-4), which gave up a nine-point second-half lead in an overtime WVIAC loss to Fairmont State.

All five Fairmont State (12-5, 5-5) starters scored in double figures, led by Thad McFadden with 24 points.
