What happened to Pluto?



No, not Mickey's dog, the planet. The Tuesday evening discusses if Pluto was demoted or promoted and what really happened to the 1930 discovery. The event is at Shippensburg University's Dibert Planetarium. Show starts at 7:30 p.m. Call 717-532-2248 for more info.

Young minds



Middle and high school students in Washington County public schools show their artwork in the exhibit, "Currents: Trends for Young Visual Arts." Show opens Sunday at the University System of Maryland at Hagerstown, 32 W. Washington St., Hagerstown.
