W. Davis DeLauder Sr., 98, of Coffman Avenue, Hagerstown, died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009, at his home.
Born March 9, 1910, in Hagerstown, he was the son of the late Walter Scott and Rebecca Marie Davis DeLauder.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Roulette DeLauder, Nov. 20, 2008.
He was employed by Fridinger's Inc. for many years as an oil burner mechanic.
He was a member of Church of the Holy Trinity, where he was elder emeritus and had been a Sunday school teacher.
He is survived by one daughter, Yvonne D. Breslin of Gilbert, Ariz.; one son, Walter D. DeLauder Jr. of Scottsdale, Ariz.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
