BALTIMORE -- Baltimore Catholic League powerhouse St. Frances Academy muscled up on St. Maria Goretti to reach the 20-win mark on the season and keep the Gaels winless in league play.

Terrell Vinson scored 22 points for St. Frances (20-3, 9-0), who raced to a quick 22-2 lead after the first period and 54-12 by halftime.

Nic Martin led Goretti (6-18, 0-10) with 17 points and seven rebounds.

Taylor Dunn led the Blue Storm (3-12, 1-3) with 15 points and Nigel van Oostrum added 11 points.

WINCHESTER, Va. -- Dakeea Marshall scored a game-high 19 points and added 17 rebounds to lead Jefferson (9-3) past Handley (6-6).

Dezi Clinton had 12 points, Alyssa Plourde had eight points and 10 rebounds, and Melissa Taylor added six points for the Cougars (9-3).

ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- Mercersburg Academy's Tempest Bowden won the under-19 title, defeating Grace Zimmerman -- who played as an independent -- 3-0 in the final.

The Blue Storm's Ana Kelly won the under-17 title, defeating Marion Williams of Episcopal, 3-0.

Nikki Rhyne finished second in the under-15 division, and Magdelana Kala finished fourth in the under-19 division. Julianna Dahbura reached the under-15 semifinal consolations.
