January 06, 2009

GREENCASTLE, Pa. -- Monday morning's two-vehicle accident that affected traffic on Interstate 81 in Franklin County injured three Hagerstown residents.

Tara Beth Louchery, age unknown, was the driver of a northbound pickup truck that rolled over into the median and landed in the southbound lanes following the 8:20 a.m. accident, Pennsylvania State Police said.

Tuesday morning, a spokeswoman at Washington County Hospital said Louchery was no longer a patient at the hospital.

Two passengers in the second vehicle were also taken to Washington County Hospital.

Omah Lorraine King, age unknown, was in a vehicle driven by James H. King of Hagerstown, who apparently was uninjured.

The status of Omah King and a juvenile boy in the King vehicle couldn't be determined Tuesday morning.

The crash happened near Exit 3 when both vehicles were northbound, according to police. The driver of the pickup crossed into the left lane and struck the other vehicle, police alleged.
