She was a nurse for 42 years.
She was a member of Asbury United Methodist Church in Charles Town.
She served as former president of District VI West Virginia Nurses Association, where she held many other leadership positions. She was a member of Order of the Eastern Star, Chapter 69, Martinsburg, W.Va., American Legion Auxiliary Post 71, Charles Town, Loyal Order of the Moose 1028 Auxiliary, Martinsburg, and chairman of the telephone committee of Charles Town Lions Club.
She is survived by her husband of more than 62 years, Charles Wesley Williams; one daughter, Charlene E. Williams of Fort Worth; one adopted daughter, Carol Riggs of Fort Worth; two sisters, Betty Day and Lois Ballard; and one brother, Bobby D. Seal.
She was preceded in death by two sisters, Anna L. Miller and Virginia Prewett; and one brother, Dale Seal.
Services will be Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. at Eackles-Spencer & Norton Funeral Home, Charles Town/Harpers Ferry, W.Va. The Rev. Douglas Fraim will officiate. Burial will be in Rosedale Cemetery, Martinsburg.
The family will receive friends Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the funeral home.
