Donation to Hope Alive

January 05, 2009

FREDERICK, Md. -- CitiMortage Inc. recently awarded a $5,000 grant to Hope Alive, a transitional home for homeless women and children in Frederick County, to support Hope Alive's financial education programs for its residents.

The financial education programs help Hope Alive residents overcome financial barriers to independence by teaching life skills such as budgeting, balancing checkbooks and creating a savings plan.
