ST. THOMAS, Pa. - Phyllis May Tustin, 53, of 6319 Nugget Way, died Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2008, at Chambersburg (Pa.) Hospital.

Born March 10, 1955, she was a daughter of the late Gurden Arnold and Connie Granger Arnold of North Adams, Mass.

She was employed at Letterkenny Army Depot in Chambersburg.

She was a veteran of the U.S. Army.

She is survived by two daughters, Jennifer Tustin of Chambersburg, and Jessica Nicholson of Orrstown, Pa.; stepchildren, Richard Tustin of Seattle, Wash., and Kristina Royer of Waynesburg, Pa.; two brothers, Gurden Arnold of Minnesota and Wayne Arnold of Massachusetts; foster siblings Raymond Crafts and Debbie Crafts, both of Massachusetts; and two grandchildren.

Services will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at Thomas L. Geisel Funeral Home, Chambersburg. The Rev. Arthur Page will officiate. Burial will be in Salem Cemetery, where VFW Post 1599 Honor Guard will conduct military graveside honors.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service Tuesday.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, Franklin/Fulton Unit, 384 Floral Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
