Man sought in bank account theft

Hagerstown police are asking for help in identifying a man who went into two different Hagerstown Trust bank branches and withdrew money from someone's account.

The victim does not know the person who cashed starter checks from the account.

The man withdrew the money Dec. 15.

Police described that man as black, with a goatee and glasses. He was wearing a dark hat and jacket. He may have displayed a Pennsylvania driver's license during one of the transactions.
