SMITHSBURG - A Hagerstown woman was flown to Baltimore's Shock Trauma Center with a fractured pelvis Wednesday after her car went off Leitersburg/Smithsburg Road near Stevenson Road and hit a utility pole, a Washington County Sheriff's Department spokeswoman said.

Her injuries were not life-threatening, Barnes said.
