BERKELEY SPRINGS, W.Va. - Edgar Lee Stotler, 82, of Berkeley Springs, died Wednesday, Dec. 17, 2008, at his home.

Born May 26, 1926, in Morgan County, W.Va., he was the son of the late Griffith L. Stotler and Mary Lineweaver-Stotler.

He retired from Shenandoah's Pride Dairy, after 41 years as a local route salesman.

He served in the U.S. Army, during World War II.

He was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church in Berkeley Springs.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Aurora L. Poole-Stotler; one daughter, Vicki L. Mason of Hedgesville, W.Va.; one son, Mark E. Stotler of Lawrence, Kan.; nieces; and nephews.

He was preceded in death by four sisters and three brothers.

Services will be Saturday at 11 a.m. at Hunter-Anderson Funeral Home in Berkeley Springs. Pastor Dan Wright will officiate. Burial will be in Greenway Cemetery.


The family will receive friends Friday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
