FALLING WATERS, W.Va. - Constance Mae Turner, 67, of 117 Mobile Court, died Monday, Dec. 15, 2008, at Winchester Medical Center in Winchester, Va.

Born Nov. 19, 1941, in Chambersburg, Pa., she was the daughter of Naomi Alice Yaukey Sprenkle of Waynesboro, Pa., and the late Richard H. Sprenkle.

She was a graduate of Waynesboro High School.

She was employed by Berryville Graphics as a proofreader until retiring in 2002.

She served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam War.

She was a member of Waynesboro United Methodist Church in Waynesboro, Pa.

Aside from her mother, she is survived by her husband of 18 years, Ned Wayne Turner; one daughter, Jill R. Green of Hagerstown; two sons, Ronald L. Hinckle of Essex, Md., and Jeffrey A. Hinckle of Hagerstown; three stepdaughters, Deborah L. Scruggs of Munford, Tenn., Donna R. Crenshaw of Germantown, Tenn., and Rhonda K. Turner of Munford; two stepsons, Jamie P. Turner of Munford and Rodney D. Turner of Munford; two sisters, Barbara J. Seabrook of Delaware and Vikie E. Wile of South Mountain, Pa.; two grandchildren; and 11 stepgrandchildren.


She was preceded in death by one brother, Gregory Sprenkle.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
