Nelling-Lee



Timothy and Joan Nelling of Hagerstown announce the engagement of their daughter, Amanda Lynne Nelling, to Robert Brandon Lee, son of Robert and Deirdre Lee of Roanoke, Va.

Miss Nelling is a 2005 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and is attending Bridgewater College, pursuing a degree in sociology and social work. She plans to graduate in May 2009.

Mr. Lee is a 2005 graduate of Hidden Valley High School and is also attending Bridgewater College, pursing a degree in business administration, accounting and finance. He plans to graduate in May 2009.

A June 27, 2009, wedding is planned.




Mongan-Fuqua



Caitlyn Michele Mongan and Christopher Lee Fuqua, both of Hagerstown, announce their engagement.

Ms. Mongan is the daughter of Dawn Lowenhaupt and Michael Mongan, and the stepdaugter of William Lowenhaupt, all of Hagerstown. Mr. Fuqua is the son of Penny Cooley of Baker, W.Va., and Norman Fuqua of Winchester, Va.

Ms. Mongan is a 2004 graduate of North Hagerstown High School and plans to graduate in 2009 from Hagerstown Community College as a licensed practical nurse. She is employed with Tender Loving Home Care and Somerford Assisted Living in Hagerstown.

Mr. Fuqua is a 2000 graduate of East Hardy High School in Baker. He is employed with Quad Graphics in Martinsburg, W.Va.

An April 11, 2009, wedding is planned.




Kimbrough-Scott



Tiffany Kimbrough and John Scott announce their engagement.

Miss Kimbrough is the daughter of William Kimbrough Jr. and Debra Kimbrough of Hagerstown. She is a 2003 graduate of Boonsboro High School and a 2007 graduate of Dickinson College with a Bachelor of Science in neuroscience. She is a second-year medical student at the University of Maryland in Baltimore. She plans to graduate in 2011.

Mr. Scott is the grandson of Harry Dunkin Sr. and Patricia Dunkin of Hagerstown. He is a 2002 graduate of Washington County Technical High School and is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in computer programming at Towson University.

A May 17, 2009, wedding is planned.




Masser-Slifer



Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Masser Jr., of Harpers Ferry, W.Va., announce the engagement of their daughter, Jennie Masser, to Jonathan Slifer, son of Mr. and Mrs. David Slifer of Boonsboro.

Ms. Masser is a 2002 graduate of Jefferson High School and a 2008 graduate of Shepherd University. She is employed as a durable medical equipment specialist for Jefferson Pharmacy, Ranson, W.Va.

Mr. Slifer is a 1999 graduate of Boonsboro High School. He is employed as a cable splicer at Verizon, Martinsburg, W.Va.

An Oct. 3, 2009, wedding is planned.




Harsh-Wallech



Amanda Kay Harsh and John Webster Wallech of Hagerstown announce their engagement.

Ms. Harsh is the daughter of Roy Harsh of Williamsport, and Norma Harsh of Texas. She is a 2002 graduate of Williamsport High School and a 2005 graduate of Hagerstown Community College with a GNA/CNA Certificate in generic nursing assisting. She is employed as a GNA/CNA with Williamsport and Homewood.

Mr. Wallech is the son of John and Janet Wallech of Hagerstown. He is a 2002 graduate of North Hagerstown High School. He is employed with Target.

A wedding date has not been set.




Coyle-Sprecher



William and Beverly Coyle of Cascade announce the engagement of their daughter, Brittany Jean Coyle, to Jeffrey Brian Sprecher, son of Brian and Andrea Sprecher of Hagerstown.

Ms. Coyle is a 2004 graduate of Smithsburg High School and is a 2008 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in elementary education.

Mr. Sprecher is a 2005 graduate of Smithsburg High School and is a 2008 graduate of Shippensburg University with a Bachelor of Science in business administration.

A June 13, 2009, wedding is planned.
