BALTIMORE -- Dylan Cormier scored a game-high 24 points to lead Cardinal Gibbons to a 67-50 Baltimore Catholic League win over St. Maria Goretti on Sunday.

Stephon Berry had 12 points and 10 rebounds for Goretti (3-6, 0-2), while Tyler Sterling had 10 points and Nic Martin added nine points, five rebounds and five assists.

Germantown 60, Mercersburg 53

FORT WASHINGTON, Pa. -- Cam Ayers scored 17 points to lead Germantown Academy to an overtime win over Mercersburg Academy on Saturday.

Taylor Dunn scored a game-high 19 points for Mercersburg (2-4).

SHIPPENSBURG, Pa. -- Amanda Staver scored 12 of her game-high 16 points in the first half on Saturday to lead Shippensburg to a victory over Chambersburg.

The Trojans (0-3) were plagued by fouls, losing the battle 25-13, and were outscored 17-5 from the foul line. The Greyhounds outscored Chambersburg 30-14 in the first half.

Jen Hamilton led Chambersburg with 11 points and seven rebounds before fouling out.

Tom Flanagan Tournament

MERCERSBURG, Pa. -- Host Mercersburg Academy finished third in the eight-team Tom Flanagan Tournament on Saturday.

The Blue Storm opened with a 7-0 win over St. Andrew's, but then fell 5-2 to Potomac School. In the match for third place, Mercersburg beat The Hill School 5-2.

The Blue Storm's No. 2 player, John Richey, and No. 3 player, Cristobal Ramirez, each went 3-0.
